Cpanel and SpamAssassin

I have noticed that my cpanel software has not been updated in quite some time. My question is how do I know what version of Spam Assassin I am running. CENTOS 5.10 x86_64 standard " xxxxxserver WHM 11.38.2 (build 23) Like many on this forum, we have noticed a huge increase in spam and we are trying to figure out how to at least make it manageable. thanks in advance.

  It seems to me that most everything is out of date on that server, to the point of being an issue. cPanel & WHM software version 11.38 has reached End of Life - cPanel Forums Apache SpamAssassin is updated when cPanel is updated, and yours has not been updated in a long time. Your forums access level says yours a Website Owner. You might want to get in touch with your Hosting Provider and see about getting that server updated.
