Database features for all cPanel accounts

Hi, We are a company that uses WHM. Currently our customers have cPanel accounts, but not all features are available. When I select a number of databases in the Package configuration and apply the new plan to the customer (or even create a new account selecting the new package), it seems work, but the customer does not see any option to create database on cPanel. There is only phpMyAdmin available there. I would like to know what can I do to allow my customers to create their own users and databases? Thanks since now!

  Hello :) Check to make sure the default feature list allows for "MySQL" via: "WHM Home " Packages " Feature Manager" By default, there is an entire "Databases" section available in the cPanel interface. Thank you.
