Hello :) Please update the name servers for the domain names to name servers associated with the cPanel server. This way, all of the DNS is controlled on the cPanel server. At that point, remove any custom entries you added for wildcard subdomains, and simply add a subdomain through the cPanel interface with the "*" symbol. This will ensure wildcard subdomains are configured properly. Thank you.

Hi Michael, thank you so much for your last assistance. I was grateful. for this issue, is it possible if I could confirm with you on the suggested solutions. In order to solve this issue, all I need to do is to have all domain1 registars points to ns1.devilex.com & ns2.devilex.com domain2 points to ns1.devilex.in & ns2.devilex.com am I correct? if so, may I assume there's nothing specific to set in the WHM but only need to make sure the DNS setting for each cPanel User Acounts needs

Yes, that's fine, as long as both of those name servers use IP addresses associated with your cPanel server. Thank you.

Hi Michael, sorry for the delay to give feedback I was waiting for a "while" to see if the DNS would get propagated. However it still doesn't seem to work. Within WHM, do I need to add an additional IP in the NameServer name? or could I? I kept on receiving "Sorry, a DNS entry for ns1.quickroutedns.com already exists"

There is no need to configure name server IP addresses in Web Host Manager. Name server IP addresses are configured at the domain registrar. You only configure the "A" records on the cPanel server. Thank you.
