not showing accounts in Transfer Tool

Hello, I've problem with Transfer Tool, I've directadmin and move accounts from directadmin to cpanel. I will go to Home "Transfers "Transfer Tool and connect to root's directadmin but list account's not showing and 0 items. i know the problem for directadmin contorl panel. Please Help to fix this problem. Thank

  Hello You can't transfer account from Direct Admin to cPanel. cPanel not have tools for transfer. You must transfer accounts by manually to cPanel. Thank you

  No, you Wrong! i have other server directadmin connect and transfer success! Transfer Tool in advanced tools select directadmin and transfer but this server not showing list accounts! I did send ticket to cpanel and waiting for anwser. Thanks you. Regards.

  Yes, I select directadmin but list account not showing.

  I'm sorry, In the past there was no such possibility. Now, I see the Transfer tools and it have transfer directadmin panel to cPanel. Thank you
