Cpanel DNS Cluster for VPS clients

Hi, We currently have a idea to create 2 seperate DNS servers for our VPS clients only. But then if we select "Write Only" in DNS Cluster setup it works perfectly seeing as they cannot edit other VPS Servers DNS for domains however it lists them all. How can we hide all other clients zones and only display their own local DNS zones. Any solution?

  It actually looks like it occurs when one clicks DNS Clustering and enable it. If you do not enable it then DNS edits do not work ,etc. I'm trying for each client's WHM to only show their own DNS and not all other VPS Clients DNS Zones. But still allow them to edit their own and add new ones. Any way to do this?
