Limit local backup, but extend remote backup

I currently have my WHM backup settings set to backup daily and keep 5 copies of the backup. I also have the backup sent remotely to a offsite NAS (using WebDAV). Right now the backup system deletes the oldest version (5 days ago) off both the server AND the offsite NAS. How do I tell WHM to keep only 5 local backups but do not delete any remote ones?

  Hello :) It's currently not possible to have a separate retention period for local and remote destinations.   In this age of SSDs where local storage is expensive, this is a must have feature!
