Server Slow every morning between 08:30 and 09:30

Hi all, How do I check on a server with respect to cpanel cron jobs what is being run every morning between, 08:30 and 09:30. Server seems to become extremely sluggish during those times and it only seems to occur on Mondays to Fridays and not on weekends. Could this be a cronjob? Load average goes up to 200 where usually it's around 0.75 or so. Any ideas?

  Hello :) You can list the root cron jobs with the following command: crontab -l

  I was referring to client's cronjob? Possible causing this?

  resolved. Rebooted host and then also ran /upcp --force Seems to have fixed it :) Load is constantly whole morning at 0.75 or so. :)
