I'm not sure if this matters, but have you attempted to re-validate the Additional Destination?

You can generate backups manually to determine if it's still failing: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force
    Thank you.

The following document is a good place to start: Access Your Server via SSH However, if you have never used SSH before, and have no background knowledge, you may want to consult with a qualified system administrator that can help you with these types of situations when necessary. Thank you.

There's no folder of that date on the FTP.

It looks like that's a local directory, and not a directory on a remote FTP server. Are you sure you have enabled backups on a remote server and not the local server? Thank you.

There doesn't seem to be an option from what I can see. I just have the FTP listed as an additional destination.

Could you attach a screenshot of what your backup configuration interface looks like in WHM? Thank you.

Check the full backup logs in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log to see if there are any error messages during the transfer of backups to the remote destination. Thank you.

Any tips on how to download them so I can view locally? It's an absolute ballache via ssh.

There's hundreds of errors, starting with Error connecting to Chillifish FTP: Cpanel::Transport::Exception::Network::Connection=HASH( 0x315ac30) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/LoggerAdapter.pm [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - ends with info [cpbackup_transporter] cPanel Backup Transporter Queue Daemon is being stopped.

Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
