API json-api does not come the answer

Hi, We use json-api and when you call do not get response from the server. Examples: XX.XX.XX.XX - xxxx [08/01/2014:15:42:37 -0000] "GET /json-api/changepackage?pkg=NIC-C&user=user1 HTTP/1.1" 200 0 "" "BROODEX API CLIENT" "accesshash" XX.XX.XX.XX - xxxx [08/01/2014:19:57:48 -0000] "GET /json-api/suspendacct?reason=order+expired&user=user1 HTTP/1.1" 200 0 "" "BROODEX API CLIENT" "accesshash" How can I fix it?

  Hello :) Are you making the call directly in your browser? Could you let us know the exact URL you are using as opposed to the entry from the log file? Thank you.
