Incremental backup to Amazon s3

Hi I've setup the Amazon s3 destination and validated and I was hoping to set this destination for the incremental backups. I know you can only have one destination for incremental backups, but is there a way to specify this for the external option only, rather than the /backups folder on the server? I'm new to WHM and cPanel, so any help would be greatly received. Thanks Wayne
