    Hello, Which MX record are you using ? I think you are using external MX record for your domain. You can check your domain DNS report through : [url=http://intodns.com]intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health

    Hello :) Yes, use a website such as IntoDNS to determine if you are using the correct MX record. Sometimes users will forget to update the MX record when using a remote server for DNS purposes. Also, check to ensure the domain name is in the /etc/localdomains file on your system. Thank you.
