cron errors running php file

Currently, I'm getting: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /path/to/file.php: No such file or directory I have double checked the path, even adding the public_html at the beginning just in case. It made no difference. I changed permissions to 777. No difference.

  Hello :) Could you let us know the exact cron job you have configured? Also, have you contacted your web hosting provider for assistance with this issue (root access might be required to troubleshoot)? Thank you.

  I already answered the above (and didn't get an answer) but I wanted to know the latest error message: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /usr/local/lib/php: is a directory

  Could you elaborate on this? Where did you answer that question? Have you consulted with your web hosting provider? Thank you.

  You are our web host; that's why I'm consulting you. I might have replied to an email so just in case: 20 10 * * * /usr/local/lib/php -f /tickler-report-Greg.php As I said in my first post, I have used all the paths provided under PHP configuration. All give the errors I have noted.
