How to enable autodelete emails for every account in several servers?

Hello guys. Today I'm facing spam infested servers. The more easy solution is to enable autodelete via spamassassin, since those emails are getting 6-7-8 points of spam score. If I set a rule to filter score > 5, it will be ok. But the question is: how to mass enable this rule using a console script? Because we are talking about almost 500 domains... in several servers. Thanks in advance!
