^^ also stats software's are not updating the logs (statistics), only shows the 27th July the day I started using the VPS for the first time. I tried all the stats program but it seems not updating or creating new stats and mistakenly deleted awstats config file and I dont know how to create one :/ so Analog, Awstats, Logaholic, Webalizer none of them are working :/

Do you see data populated to the Apache domlogs in the /usr/local/apache/domlogs directory? If so, do you notice any errors in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log during the statistics generation? Thank you

in /usr/local/apache/domlogs it shows this.. ./ ../ ftp.mydomain.net-ftp_log.offsetftpbytes ftpxferlog ftpxferlog.offset ftpxferlog.offsetftpsep mydomain/ mydomain.net only one line and in mydomain/ > mydomain.net also.. how to open/view that "stats_log" ? in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log there is stats_log but how to check that? :/ I can download both Apache (WHM) and Cpanel Raw Access logs, it seems both are same coz when i downloaded the file, the size is around 65 MB each but Cpanel RAW access shows more than 470MB but only able to download 65MB i.e last 4 hours stats. I really hate this Cpanel log stuff :/ I know that I don't have much knowledge in this but its not so friendly for new users.. who jumping from shared hosting. :/ VPS bandwidth shows more than 100GB per day, I have no idea how to check in Cpanel or WHM to confirm this :(

Are you sure you have root access to this server? If so, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

Hello, We have a video tutorial on how to use our Ticket System. This should help in creating a ticket and providing us with access during ticket creation and afterwards. Please note your server's login information is stored securely and we use an automatic login process to login. This video tutorials covers these topics: How to Submit a Ticket ( [url=http://go.cpanel.net/ticketsystemguide]http://go.cpanel.net/ticketsystemguide ) How to Grant Support Access ( [url=http://go.cpanel.net/grantsupportaccess]http://go.cpanel.net/grantsupportaccess ) How to Update Server Authentication Information ( [url=http://go.cpanel.net/updateticketsystem]http://go.cpanel.net/updateticketsystem ) How to Revoke Access ( [url=http://go.cpanel.net/revokeaccess]http://go.cpanel.net/revokeaccess ) I hope this helps you. If you have any further questions let us know.

Hello, To update this thread, it appears that a custom Apache template was used that had the CustomLog directive commented out. We moved the custom template out of the way and ran EasyApache which then used the default templates (in /var/cpanel/templates/apache2) and that fixed the issue with the logging.

Yes, now log is working but still I am confused with stats program which is not showing up in cPanel and log rotation (300MB) not happening but Raw Access seems to rotating the log on its own size. but I really appreciate Peter for helping me. He logged in, found that problem and changed it. Which I don't have any knowledge about. I didn't closed the ticket (which it closed automatically now) because I was checking the log rotation, if its working per day or month and I am completely lost interest in stats program, only checking the logs. so if anything, will open the ticket. :) Thank you very much Peter and other cPanel support staffs. :)
