Exim freezes all incoming and outgoing messages

Hi Since last update exim freezes all incoming and outgoing mails. I cannot find any reason for this behavior. Please help me to fix this issue. TIA

  Hello :) Do you notice any errors with the entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog when the messages are initially sent/received? Thank you.

  Have you made any custom changes to your Exim configuration? If not, you can use the "Reset" tab to reset your settings via: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" Otherwise, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look.
