Implemented case 108953: Remove PHP 5.3.27. EasyApache will upgrade your installation to 5.3.28

  Where the mod_qos via EasyApache ? I does not found mod_qos in EasyApache.

  Hi Nirjonadda, mod_qos requires both Apache 2.2 and MPM Worker to be installed.
