Hello :) What method did you use to install MariaDB? Please keep in mind that MariaDB is not supported. A feature request for it is found here: [url=http://features.cpanel.net/responses/as-a-server-administrator-i-want-mariadb-support-so-that-i-can-accomodate-both-innodb-and-noninnodb-users]MariaDB support | cPanel Feature Requests Thank you. 0 -

I did not know that MariaDB is not supported by cpanel  is there any way that can I upgrade cPanel avoiding checking of MySQL? or is there a safe way back to mysql? (it's a production server) thanks0 -
You should find the following guide helpful: [url=http://blog.cpanel.net/replacing-mysql-with-percona-in-11-36/]How to replace MySQL with Percona in 11.36 | cPanel Blog It's intended for Percona, but it outlines the process, which you should find helpful. Thank you. 0 -
Ok, thanks for the guide, It can be said that I only needed to run: /scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL50 uninstalled /scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL51 uninstalled /scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.MySQL55 uninstalled
