Hello :) The first issue you should address is going from solution to solution without knowing if it will resolve the issue. Making those types of changes is likely going to cause more issues. It's better to wait for an answer before proceeding if you are not sure what to do. You can update the IP address of an account via: "WHM Home " Account Functions " Change Site"s IP Address" Thank you.

yes sir, that sounded logical so i did that, yes i was lucky i know. Its hard to settle down i have been going at this for weeks now and i can see the finish line and im trying not to push myself too hard but i am i know. And i know i dont need to jump so quickly.. Do i need to leave Apache mod_userdir Tweak disabled, turn it back on, or turn it on and make my ded ip domain an exception?

and then i went into my reseller cpanel by using the ip not the domain yet still waiting for the ded to propagate i guess, and i went to ssl tld and since it was pre-existing i just clicked install and installed it.

Could you elaborate on what's not working with the dedicated IP address at this time? Thank you.
