Can't receive e-mails

Hi. I had my server receiving mails fine, until stoped. I've checked queue and hgas a lot of system e-mails.....i've deleted all of then and restarted system, but my incoming mail queue is not running anymore. If I send an e-mail, everything is working fine. If I try to receive an e-mail from external, they don't work. I can see the external mail in mail queue, but it isn't deliered to mailbox. If I check the message on the queue and select "Delivery selected", I got the e-mail right.....but I need to force queue manually. What could be? I can't see any error in exim or maillog. In service status, all my services are running.

  Solved! There's a configuration that stop mail delivering when server load > X, which X is '3' by default. Since i'm running my server in my microserver and server load is more than 3, it was stoped. Solved by increasing this value.
