Windows LIve Mail IMAP

Hi, One of our customers can only see the inbox folder with Windows Live Mail. Other folders which are made in webmail are not visible in Windows Live Mail. What is the correct Root folder Path? The customer already tried setting the Root folder Path to INBOX and then he could see all other folders but his inbox folder vanished..

  Hello :) The actual root path to an email account would be: /home/$user/mail/$domain/$email-account However, you may need to consult with Window's support team if a specific entry is not working as intended. Thank you.
