i installed my hostname ssl cert and now my hosting domain is down

I installed a cert for name.domain.com via the ssl/tls and then went to the configuration manager for ssl and installed it for all services. Now my hosting domain site that had the other dedicated ssl cert is down the error log says [QUOTE] File does not exist: /home/xxxxxx/public_html
i do have the forwarding to ssl set to host name in my tweaks, could that cause this

  i went to whm ssl/tls install ssl for domain and deleted the ssl and the hosting site came back up.. hey i broke something else today Infopro.. how about that lol. but we are ok now... :)
