Pam-hulk [1275] failed to connes to the stream socket

Hi my server is down and i try to connect throw kmv console the system he ask login and i take Pam-hulk [1275] failed to connect to the stream socket any help?

  Hello :) I suggest consulting with your data center if the system is not responding to connection requests through SSH or with console access. It's likely not an issue with cPanel/WHM if access to the server itself is failing. Thank you.
