Licence Problem

I have 2 cpanel hosted on my wmware rented from ovh. I have actually 2 cpanel licences one for each of these machine (let them be server1 with licence1 and server2 with licence2). I want to shut down one of these server (server1) and migrate its licence (licence1) to the other one (server2), and let one of the licence expire (licence2). That is because licence1 is expiring next year and licence2 is expiring next week. I think that I have to change the ip of the licence1 to the server2 ip, but I'm wondering if having 2 active licence on server2 ip could be problematic. Thank you
