MX Entry and Subdomains not working

This is my first time setting up Cpanel in VPS by myself. I've successfully managed to transfer my accounts from the old hosting and got them running. Except for the few last issues here. First, the email doesn't work properly. I'm using Google Apps and Zoho mail mostly. I can confirm that the MX Entry records are already setup. They can send email but can't receive anything. Second thing is the subdomain that are not working either. I can access it by the directory URL (thesite.com/directory) but not by subdomain (directory.thesite.com). Yes I have set the subdomain from the Cpanel to point directory.subdomain.com to the respective folder (public_html/directory). Any info would be much appreciated. Best Regards, Hero Wijayadi

  Hello :) 1. Have you verified the MX records resolve to a remote mail server? If so, check to ensure the domain name is in the /etc/remotedomains file on the system. 2. Does the subdomain resolve to the correct IP address? Thank you.
