    Thanks for the response :) I don't really want to do that as I had been getting a message about updates not being applied recently due to the MySQL version on the server not being 5.5, which was blocking the update. As it stands the server is fully functional aside from WHM not working, so I don't want to force an update. Is there a script to reinstall the current cPanel version wihtout updating anything?

    To update, it looks like this is the result of filesystem corruption. The user has been advised to run FSCK or consult with a system administrator for assistance troubleshooting the filesystem errors. Thank you.
