How to Install a custom module

I need to confirm my custom module Install Information? 1. Download and Unzip, Upload files into the /var/cpanel/easy/apache/custom_opt_mods/ directory. 2. On the command line, run the following commands: wget http://easyapache.cpanel.net/optmods/custom_opt_mod-remoteip.tgz tar -C /var/cpanel/easy/apache/custom_opt_mods -xzf custom_opt_mod-remoteip.tgz
3. Then EasyApache (Apache Update) via WHM. [COLOR="#B22222">Does I am correct with this following steps ? How to Uninstalling ? 1. Delete the files From the /var/cpanel/easy/apache/custom_opt_mods/ directory 2. Then EasyApache (Apache Update) via WHM.

  I am not understanding to Install mod_pagespeed and does not have any .tar.gz files. cPanel does not uploaded this files their own server ?
