Hello :) Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

Hmm, sounds like the problem may be specific to my box, not to all cPanel instances? I can reproduce the problem easily for any account on my server that has both a primary and one or more add-on domains. This post seems to indicate it's a known issue: [url=http://wiki.list.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4030604]4.47 Virtual domain hosting with Mailman? - Documentation - Confluence I've already opened a ticket with Servint and they're looking into it - I'll refrain from opening a ticket with cPanel until I hear their results. Thanks.

Aha! So Servint couldn't solve it, they filed a ticket with cPanel, and it was discovered that the bug is actually in the Paper Lantern theme. Switching to X3 fixes the problem. They have filed a ticket for a permanent fix, though I don't have the ID. Unfortunately, this tells us that there is a dangerous coupling between cPanel themes and system functionality.

Internal case number 111565 is open to address an issue where it's not possible to add mailing lists for addon domain names when using the Paper Lantern theme. Please feel free to monitor our change log to know when a resolution has been released: cPanel - Change Logs Thank you.
