Re-directs are not working

Hi All, I have placed redirects from my old website to be transferred to my new website by using "redirects" in Cpanel. Unfortunately they are not working for some. For example: domain.com/home.htm should no longer be viewable. It should be automatically redirected to domain.com.au/index.htm I have about 14 redirects and none of these work. Ideas? Note: I am a newbie so please be kind :)

  Hello :) Do both domain names resolve to the server? Have you setup the redirects through cPanel, and are there any other custom Mod_Rewrite rules active? Thank you.

  Hi Michael :) Yes both the domain names resolve to the server and the redirect was done through cpanel. There are no other custom mods/rules. Can I check somewhere else if there is anything else that may have happened? I have attached some photos (with the domain name erased) of what did. I went to redirects and then simply made a permanet redirect from the old link to the new one. Not sure why they are not working. Any help would be lovely.

  Do you have root access to this server? If not, I suggest consulting with your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look at your redirect rules. Thank you.
