Re: About login to CPanel through SSH Hello, You might want to check with the root administrator if your account is enabled with SSH access. If its enabled, SSH using 'accountname'@serverIP and password - your default cPanel password.

Wait for the professionals to respond, they can help you better. But if you read this before they get to you then take this advice. If you have a vps then I suggest using the direct ip. Then the username you login with cpanel and the password (though you can also use your root logins as well). If that still won't work, you can try your actual hostname. Seeing domain.cc I am assuming that you got your actual domain confused with your host. Try using the actual hostname. Which on a vps should be xxx.xxx.cc When you registered, you made a hostname for your domain. If you named it "business" then it would appear as business.domain.cc and you can also try typing this in. I would recommend default port (22) and then your cpanel logins. Which you can proceed to type in, then press enter. Should log you right in. The professionals can give you a more direct answer but I hope this helped.

Re: About login to CPanel through SSH You should contact your hosting provider, they are the only ones who will know the information for your server.

You must contact your web hosting provider, the company you pay for web hosting, to have them check this for you. Thank you.
