Where are sent e-mails stored?
I just moved from one hosting to another, also moving the e-mail accounts, both hosts have cPanel.
I have done it a few times before simply creating a new e-mail account with the same name as before and then copying all the e-mail account data from the old hosts mail directory, and it has usually worked fine. However, this time, my client that is using the e-mail account is complaining that the sent e-mails have not been recovered, and I actually checked his e-mail account and it's true.
What's the exact directory where the sent mail data is stored, and what can I try to recover them on my new hosting?
Thanks.

Hello :) Email data is stored in: /home/$username/mail/$domain.com/email-account-username
You should see additional directories such as ".Sent" within the above directory. Thank you.0 -
Thanks, I figured it out myself. Turns out that the cPanel file manager hides directories like ''.Sent'', so they were not copied. I'll move the e-mail accounts with FTP from now on. 0 -
I am happy to see you were able to resolve the issue. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. 0
