Does mod_bandwidth need to be set for sub domains?

If the domain your-main-domain.com is set in mod bandwidth to 10 mbps Do you still have to set the sub domains for the sub domain to be limited? Or does it limit all domains based on the main domain?

  Hello :) Bandwidth limits are configured per-account, so all domain names under the account are included under the same bandwidth limit. Note that it's a MB value, not a mbps value. Thank you.
