i will do that as well, but i just got off of a ticket with whmcs tech support and they pretty much said it was a server issue not a whmcs issue. It was working before the move so im guessing its a server issue as well.

Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable CSF? Do you see any output to /var/log/exim_mainlog when this happens? Thank you.

It was csf smtp blocking that was doing it, i had to add my two shared ip's and my ded ip to the exception list and i had to also enable [QUOTE] Require clients to connect with SSL or issue the STARTTLS command before they are allowed to authenticate with the server
in exim config -> security tab, now im not 100% sure this had anything to do with it but i suppose it cant hurt to have this enabled. I can send mail from whmcs now. here is what is so funny what is actually crazy is that its been what about a week now, and i had no clue my whmcs mail was not being sent. I get all these reports every day, when i log into root when i log into whm when i log into vps panel when mem is low when diskspace is low when there is a stange process. and on and on and on but what i dont get is what i need to get, stuff that is important that hey your email is not going out lmao... Thats the report i need lol screw the other ones lol..

I am happy to see you were able to address the issue. Note that cPanel/WHM notifications are typically related to the cPanel/WHM software itself. You would likely need to send a feature request to WHMCS if you wanted a notification about email failures from that application. Thank you.
