Server for cPanel for 1500$

Hy Im buying server for cPanel for about 1500$. I will have about 1000 users and running about 5 VPS servers. I will provide unlimited storage so i will need alot of storage. I think for start 8TB enough in 2X 4TB Raid 1. So i want to know what configuration do you recommend or alredy biulded server.

  Don't use RAID1, and don't use 4TB drives - you're looking at a pretty risky failure rate. What type of server is it, and what are the other specs (memory/CPU)?

  Than what RAID should i use? And how much TB? I need alot of storage becuase im providing to my customers unlimited storage. I didint choose CPU and RAM yet but i think it will be Xeon processor with 64 or 128GB RAM
