cPanel Account - DNS ONLY

Hello, As many times raised and asked in this forums, such as: http://forums.cpanel.net/f34/can-cpanel-manage-users-dns-only-258411.html Is this still the case that cPanel does NOT natively support this or is there a workaround for this without a *dirty* fix? Thank you.

  Hello :) It's currently not possible to create an account for DNS purposes only. You could create a DNS zone, but a user would only be able to make changes with cPanel access.
