Unable to Transfer accounts - preflight phase 0 failed

Hi I am in the process of transferring accounts from old server A to new server B I can use the WHM transfer tool to copy accounts from A to B and all is well. However one account is having problems on B and I want to return it to A whilst it is being fixed. When I use the transfer tool on A I get an error message that server B port 22 was not available. It is as I could SSH from A to B on port 22 with no problem. However using a different IP address for B I got further - the Transfer tool seemed to login as root to B but I got the following error instead "The system failed to fetch information about the remote server in preflight phase 0, and returned the error: Failed to execute xxxxxxxx" (a long list of failed commends) So I'm stuck now, it seems to be a WHM issue as a command line SSH works fine - does anybody have any suggestions? A is running CENTOS 5.8 x86_64 standard & WHM 11.44.1 (build 15) B is running CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 standard & WHM 11.44.1 (build 15) Thanks Robert

  Hello :) Do you have any firewall rules enabled on either server? Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable the firewall on both servers? Thank you.
