Issues sending emails with external MS Exchange Server

Good afternoon, we are hosting all our web pages with you, while the email we have on a MS Exchange 2003 server, we recently changed our ISP so the Public IP was replaced by which assigned by the new provider, however we have trouble getting certain servers to receive our emails, since we checked in spam lists and delist was requested in some of them, I feel that is inverse resolution problem. We create a record (A) for smtp, mail and pop3 pointing to our Public IP, and select Remote Mail Exchanger box, there is some other configuration that we have to do in cPanel, Greetings Juan Carlos Escare"o
