File Manager

Hello i have a problem in the file manager, as I click on any of the folders from / home in the manager it shows me as if it had no files within folders, but if I do a connection via ftp client in server all any files are inside the folders. Tanks.:)

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Could you attach a screenshot of what exactly you see in File Manager? Are the ownership/permissions of the files/directories on this account standard? Thank you.
