It means user "vivatir2" is already present on server ans it's username of domain "temp.gfbf.in" which you created on server. If you want to change username for domain temp.gfbf.in then you can change it using WHM and set new cPanel account with username "vivatir2"

Hello, As per you said you tried to transfer "vivatir" username cpanel account from another server but that not completed successfully, may be some entries created on server for username ""vivatir". You need to check that. Like check any directory created under /home as "vivatir" or any entry created under http.conf file.

Hello Please check whether any entries for the user/domain is existing in the following files/locations /etc/passwd /etc/userdomains /var/cpanel/users/vivatir /var/cpanel/userdata/* Check for the domains zone file entries in /var/named and /etc/named.conf. If so remove them . Once every thing is confirmed to be clean, execute the scripts /scripts/updateuserdomains /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf then restart httpd

Hello :) Yes, it's possible that remnants of the account exist on your system. You should likely review the files referenced in the previous post to see if any entries exist for the "vivatir" username. Otherwise, feel free to open a support ticket and we can take a closer look for you. Thank you.
