Can't get Spamassassin to put spam into the correct folder

    Hello :) Are any additional filters configured for this account? Do you notice the issue in multiple mail clients or is it isolated to a single application? Thank you.

    Thanks for responding. This customer was just imported from some other host Other domains are working fine on that cpanel server. We decided this morning to move this customer to one of our other networks so the request is moot.

    It's possible the domain name was not in the /etc/localdomains file. Thank you for updating us with the outcome.
