can't access cPanel login page WHM/cPanel on AWS EC2

I have installed WHM/cPanel on AWS EC2 and the WHM works fine. The only issue is that I can't access the cPanel login (URL) page after I create an account. Neither through URL or from within WHM. The account is being created correctly through. I have already checked and there's no firewall issue for WHM/cPanel posts. Any suggestion as what might be the issue? Thanks

  Hello :) It's interesting that port 2087 loads normally but port 2083 fails. Run the following command while attempting to access cPanel over port 2083: tcpdump -n dst port 2083
  Do you notice any activity? Thank you.
