cpanel logs out repeatedly

Hi guys, I'm a newbie to cpanel and site administration. I have a trouble with cpanel file editor, while I'm editing the file after a few minutes usually it logs out automatically and I have to do the log in process from the beginning, I thought this problem is something about the web server so I sent a few tickets to hosting supporter, but they said there is no problem with their other clients and sites on the server, I don't know what should I do right know.

  Hello, I think you cross the session timeout limit when you uploading the file via your cPanel. I suggest you please use FTP filzilla application to uploading the file on your account. Thanks

  Hello :) How long do you spend editing the file? Have you tried from an alternate browser to see if the issue persists? Than kyou.
