attack GET /index.php HTTP as I stop it?

Good evening, I'm getting /index.php HTTP GET attacks one of my websites, I configured csf, but not helping me, any arrest this type of attack?

  Depending on the attributes of the attack you may be able to block it with modsecurity. Can you post some of the http access logs?

  What I need is the log from /home/$USERNAME/access-logs/domain.com it would show referring URL, user agent, etc. Might be able to block based on that.

  Hello :) Please ensure you post a snippet of the log in "CODE" tags instead of the entire log or a third-party URL for it's download. There's no need to post the entire log if all of the entries are essentially the same. Thank you.
