Hello :) Do you see backup archives in the /backup/$date/ directory when checking via SSH? Did you enable both local and remote FTP backups? Check the transporter log to see if the backups were transferred to the remote FTP server. It's located at: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log
    Thank you.

    This is what I see when I look into the dated backups, looks like its empty root@server [/backup]# ls ./ 2014-08-23/ 2014-08-25/ 2014-08-27/ ../ 2014-08-24/ 2014-08-26/ cpbackup/ root@server [/backup]# cd 2014-08-26 root@server [/backup/2014-08-26]# ls ./ ../ accounts/ system/ root@server [/backup/2014-08-26]# cd accounts root@server [/backup/2014-08-26/accounts]# ls ./ ../
And I have attached a pastebin of the cpbackup_transporter.log - removed - Thank you for the quick reply

Could you attach a screenshot of your backup configuration settings in Web Host Manager? Thank you.

We have the same problem. For some reason I can't see the backups in the remote server but after login several time they appear. I know this do not make sence.

techn0guy, feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
