RBL's rejecting business partners.

Hi RBL's seem to be blacklisting important business partners and it's impossible to delist them. I use host Eleven2 and have attempted to transfer the domain but was blocked by ICANN and the tech support there is absolutely useless on the situation so I was curious as to whether or not there were any work arounds with Cpanel that would allow our partners to email us without getting spam rejected.

  Hello :) You can browse to the "RBLs" tab in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" and utilize the following option: "Whitelist: IP addresses that should not be checked against RBLs" You will need to determine which IP address is used for email for a domain name as this field is intended for IP addresses. Thank you.

  We've added the IP's and tested them, still getting rejections. [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - Oh wait propagation right, nevermind thank you for your help I'll get back to you with whether or not you've saved my life :)

  Hello, No need for propagation. Please restart the exim service then all new changes will apply on exim configuration. :)
