User can't send mail to hotmail

Hello Team, We have problem with mail sending issue with hotmail. When we send the mail to any other domain its working fine. But when we send the mail to hotmail its not receiving to recipient. Can you please help me out for this? :confused: We are facing this issue last 1 week and our client is not happy from this issue. :mad: Dilip K Patel

  Hello, Check the exim mainlogs to find why the message cant be delivered. # grep user@hotmail.com /var/log/exim_mainlog It probably has to do with your IP reputation, as hotmail is too strict on them.

  Hello :) Yes, use the exigrep command referenced in earlier post to see if you notice any specific failure reason. Note that it's typically related to the lack of a RDNS/SPF record, or because Hotmail detects your server as a source of SPAM. Thank you.
