email being moved from inbox to trash spontaneously

When email is sent to one of my email accounts, the message shows up in the inbox - it can be viewed from the Horde web mail page, and is accessible from an Outlook IMAP account. A few minutes later, the email is removed from the inbox folder and now appears in the Trash folder. Any suggestions how to stop this behavior? Thanks, Terry

  Hello Terry, Can you please check there is any rules created in the outlook. If there is any rules created in the outlook then you have to remove that rule. Thanks, Danny P

  Hello :) This seems like something related to an action from your email client. Check to see if this only happens when using Outlook. Thank you.
