how obtain ip forwarding of a site

Hello, how we can know ip if a site use if forwarding? because some sites use ip forwarding for hide their real ip. Thank you.

  Sometimes you can find out from http headers, using curl or other similar utility. For example I did curl -v site.com where site.com was behind a cloudflare IP address, and in the HTTP headers I notice: Server: cloudflare-nginx
