Our mail server ip address black listed in internet
Hello,
Our server ip address black listed in internet ,seems in black listed tool - LISTED FABELSOURCES ip address was listed .
so not senting mail to hotmail, DKIM and SPF is enabled now,
How can i resolve this issue .
Please give me a reply quickly .

Hello, You need to send unblock request to them and if you have another IP address on server then you can temporary change mail IP to start mail flow on server. :) 0 -

Hello, This ip are share with lot of site, so if i chage ip so that will effect lot of sites, right ?0 -
Hello, Yes, If you change mail IP then your all site mail IP will change except those use dedicated IP on server and your mail working fine. You can change email IP as below : step 1 : Open below file root@serverlnx190 [~]# vi /etc/mailips step 2 : *:your new IP save your file and restart the exim service.:) 0 -

Hello, It's not affecting on your website. This change only for email server, So do not worry about it. Please check new IP which you try to put as email IP not blacklisted :) If I am getting wrong so please let me know. 0 -

Hello, So there is no other way, you need to send IP unblock request to FABELSOURCES and wait upto unblock the IP. Upto that you need to check on you server is there spamming occurred on server or not. 0 -

Hello, Yes i requested to FABELSOURCES for remove our ip and they removed from his list then i contacted to hotmail team also, so he said he was not blocking out ip, so what i do now .0 -

Menas your IP is not blacklisted anywhere please try to send nad received the email. IF you still face issue then please post the bounce back email output which you get when you try to send the email. Also verify your Local internet IP is not blacklisted :)0 -

Hello, I try to sent mail using new netsetter, that is getting internet using dinamic ip ,but there also i get same error, bounce back mail is mesion below . Hello, Last day i try to sent different network using netsetter . but i got same error, i sent lot mail to hotmail team with our smtp log, at last they admin out ip address blocked his server, so he released our ip address from his database . currentlly we can able to sent mail to hot mail . Hello, Yes, First time he did not admit this, so i sent mail with smtp log may time, at last he released out ip address from his black list data base, currently its fine, Thanks for Your advice . Can you advice me, how can we prevent future .0 -

@ shufil, For sending newsletter you can try some other providers who are giving genuine bulk mail service because they are having mutual releationship with gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.., Don't try from your server because it will affect other user which is hosted same server. The bounce back error message which is showing clearly your IP address got blacklisted. Normally SPAM database release the IP after a Week. So better assign the new IP for mail service. If you don't have geniune IP better you need to buy new IP from your hosting provider for 1 month (Cost may be less then 200 INR) and assign it. 0
