cPanel mail configuration wrong.

I just finished configuring my server with host name wtgot.domain.com and added primary website for this server of domain.com. When logging into cPanel and adding email in which I did. I then clicked on more then chose configure mail client. I used the configuration that is shown below in red to enter in outlook. The setting provided failed during email setup in outlook. I then decided to try the other option not recomended for email configuration in which was not ssl (shown in blue below. This worked. I then noticed that second option showed mail.domain.com as setting. I then went back and did first option and changed setting to wtgot.domain.com to mail.domain.com and that worked. Question: How do correct first options settings in cPanel so that my clients are seeing the correct settings; otherwise I will be getting allot of support tickets. First Option Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended) Username: admin@domain.com Password: Use the email account"s password. Incoming Server: wtgot.domain.com IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995 Outgoing Server: wtgot.domain.com SMTP Port: 465 Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. Second Option Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended) Username: admin@domain.com Password: Use the email account"s password. Incoming Server: mail.domain.com IMAP Port: 143 POP3 Port: 110 Outgoing Server: mail.domain.com SMTP Port: 25 Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP
