Home Directory Backup doesn't include FTP accounts
I would like to create a backup from my reseller hosting plan for my client's websites
From cPanel >> Files >> Backup Wizard >> download backup home directory
When I try to restore this backup in the new server/host, I see that everything have been restored except (FTP Accounts).
Is that's correct?
If yes, then how can I solve this problem?

Hi, There are no errors! But the cPanel home directory backup doesn't restore FTP users and doesn't restore also the sub-domains 0 -

Please check you backup. I think it's not created fully. Please try to re-generate the backup then try to restore on another server.0 -
Hello :) Please use the following option to ensure all aspects of the account are packaged: "Download or Generate a Full Website Backup" This is different than the "Download A Home Directory Backup" option. Thank you. 0 -

I know that it's a different option, but unfortunately I don't have VPS so I don't have the root access. I'm just Reseller!0 -
"Download or Generate a Full Website Backup" is an option for cPanel users. You don't need Reseller, or root access. 0 -

I know but after I download the backup, how can I restore it? I can't restore it via my reseller plan, I need root access!0 -
Something strange happened.... Restoring "Home Directory" backup via cPanel interface, don't include FTP accounts Restoring "Home Directory" backup via unzipping the file and uploading to FTP Main directory "/", FTP accounts have been restored! 0 -

You'll need to contact your Hosting Provider to have a Full Website backup restored. [quote="ImperialTrader, post: 1723271">Something strange happened.... Home Directory backups only backup the home directory, not the Full Account.0
